CENTURY 21 Ocean continues to keep their agents engaged and working with cutting-edge technology. This week the agents attended an intensive training on the ZAP platform. Zap is an end-to-end system with state-of-the-art tools for real estate consumers, sales associates and brokers, and is unlike anything else available on the market.


Designed to help CENTURY 21 sales professionals better communicate and have a game plan for keeping in touch with them. The ZAP platform is an innovative approach to supporting agents and home sellers, and home buyers. The agents can share their local expertise, and personal take on a property with Agent Insights. According to Zillow, Local Market knowledge is the most important consideration of a buyer when selecting an agent.


"You cannot overstate how valuable a tool like ZAP is in the age of online home buying/selling," said Barbara Schluraff, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Ocean. "The insights this innovative tool will provide to our agents, as well as their customers, are tremendous."


According to the 2010 National Association of Realtors (NAR) Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 92 percent of first-time home buyers use the Internet in their home search. By using ZAP, the agent can manage their time more efficiently and increase focus on the deals more likely to close.
