    • To achieve CENTURION® status is to earn one of the most prestigious awards presented to CENTURY 21 real estate professionals. Only a small number of producers in the CENTURY 21® System ever reach this elevated status.

    • CENTURION Offices- AGC of $2,205,000 - $4,409,999 or Units of 450 – 899.9

 

  • 2015 - President's Award

    • President's Award: The CENTURY 21® System presents the President's Award to offices, producers, and teams achieving both CENTURION® level production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award in the same year.

 

  • 2015 - Quality Service Pinnacle

    • This annual award is presented to those producers and offices that consistently provide high levels of service to customers.

    • 95% minimum Overall Awards score for two consecutive years (measured annually-January 1, 2015 to January 5, 2016 and January 1, 2016 to January 3, 2017)

    • Must have achieved a Quality Service award or a Quality Service Pinnacle award in 2015 for eligibility for the Quality Service Pinnacle award in 2016

 

  • 2014 - Quality Service Office

    • 80% minimum required percentage of all transactions successfully sent a survey

    • 50% minimum survey return rate (measured between January 1, 2016 and January 3, 2017)

    • 90% Overall Awards score, weighted 40% Performance, 40% Satisfaction, 20% Recommendation, measured between January 1, 2016 and January 3, 2017
